There are certain conditions before you can get a username that has not been active for a long time in City Routes.
- The user must not be logged into City Routes for a certain period of time.
- To get the username, you must have the same username on more than one platform.
- A notification e-mail will be sent to the username owner in City Routes. If there is no response from the City Routes user, the username can be given to you.
